When the TV talk$, to me, a part of my cognition shuts down.  i get stubborn, obstinate and tend to devolve into babbling back in the corner, in order to hold my own thoughts in my head.  Hey, they may be a lot of things good and bad, my own hard-won thoughts, but they are Free, and mind, damnit.  Defensive posturing is all it is underneath the obnoxiousness for any witness.  often it is i do not agree with what i see/hear/then during the usual Alpha state of consciousness that TV often lulls one into distraction, enter the annoying EMF 'flayvah chatterboxing in the background of most modern television boxes as evolved to today's.  And the constant vacillation from so quiet i have to turn it way up to hear, then it will BLAST the next scene so loud i reach for the Medicine Cards for the poor old big/little dog ears. The chatterboxing sounds like my own thoughts, but they are inserted, like a giant invisible ice pick being inserted through an ocular cavity, or in one ear to poke out the other.

Here again, babbling to myself in the corner indulging in my dear diary.  When will I learn?  All the time.  My birth/childhood is OVER, everything is OK now, it is all is far away now.  I have survived, it's gonna be alright, come out of that OAK TREE and be in NOW.  'Heal Oneself.' I'm blessed with life.  Yup, and nobody cares, so get over myself already.  Writing makes sense, the serenity found within, despite the mind f*ck tornado we MUST become aware of...

The ever-changing personalities complete with accents from different placesthat come and go through me during the seasons, complete with different accents from the many places from moving around throughout.  No wonder I isolate.  To protect others from my own fear of being so weird. I'm afraid to love my life now, for fear of it being ripped away again in these stupid 'tornadoes.  The more 'i isolate, the weirder eye be (but it 'feels better.)

It is impossible to find words for this.   was i 18?  Anyway, ...Is it human ?nature? to look for 'order' or 'pattern' or is it ? 'training' or 'mind control' throughout the eons.  Without pattern, or structure, a free-fall (experienced once as a kid, in a spontaneous out-of-body experience, trying to escape earth,) proved in fact that losing one's soul in space even more terrifying that the agony perpetrated here on humans.  There was no light, or love to help at that time, (shooting through time in space to get the hell away from here) just a seemingly endless and extremely fast ?rocketing' into the universe.  There was a presence, sort of neutral, (?amused) letting me go ahed, experience 'leaving the planet' 'i' was so desperate to escape.  It kind of laughed at ?'me' When realising that 'i' would lose my way back, (to earth) and 'my spirit stopped, still for a moment, not recognizing 'our universe'.   Realising 'i would be lost, a terror set in or sorts, of becoming a lost alone soul zooming through space forever...^  so reluctantly traced the light thread/trail ('my ?soul/?spirit) had created by trying to leave, (unbenownst to 'me) back to the dam*ed body I hated, [tail between legs, whimpering like a pup] - this soul at this time had to reside 'here (on this planet) by force, it was not free will.  there was no choice perceived.  Was this amused 'presence' protective or control.  It was not omnipresent, it was just a ?guide of sorts, or ?accompaniment, temporary or otherwize.  When I imagine spirit now, there is no form, it is just a force ('light? 'love?) of protection? Inclusive of all souls?  Just don't know.  In my ignorance, guess 'fractals' are patterns of (depicted often in art as infinite patterns of beautiful colors, shapes etc. that expand outward) Are they finite, I think not.  They are usually depicted within a circle, which is apparently infinite.

Hallucinations...on Coping

It's just well-meaning advice, take it or leaf it, if you love kids with maybe similar issues.  Fear is optional.  Eye no, offer example so folks can make their own deductions.  They say 'it's a blessing/curse.  It almost consumed me personally, but very glad I survived so far as developing 'wisdom and ongoing re-'awakening really helps.  It's a crazy matrix out there.  Kids just want the truth.  A fine tightrope for parents to tread.  My case was complicated by what I suspect was also a mild Autism spectrum disorder.  Lived in toxic places to military style parental vocation.  E.g. (child onset 11 yrs old, accompanied by extreme 'paranoia to the tune of guard against it, etc.)

On Keeping those Crazy Cards, Close to the Chest

With friends (have not much for you there, I could not bring myself to be blessed with many, but it is important to make 'friends if possible)  I was a young chameleon type because felt could not always trust what my perceptions were - Not recommended...'borderline personality disorder'???  No.  'Don't label me.'  Not no more.

With professional therapists (to avoid the dreaded forced hospitalizations, after that first one I managed to avoid them for the duration - with lots of support and love from a very supportive ex-in-law family)

With the psychiatric professionals I don't recommend telling them too too much - they will just push more pills on you - the really damaging kind...unless you get a really good doctor and they do exist out there I hear. Learn as much as you can about these drugs.  There are other ways kids can learn to cope, too:

A New personal Mantra:  Must ...try to take ...control ...of ...my...own... behavior@@@  'get your act together', oh - *that's* what that meant...get along with good others.  'to the tune of 'hold the wheel & 'Drive' by Incubus


On the fear that your hallucinations can cause to average others...don't be scared, just be aware and try to act normal so as not to freak others or yourself out, while you do your daily mundane/important self/other care tasks.  Observe quietly, let them pass.  Do not react on the outside in public.  It's ok.  'The Upset is Optional' (a Course in Miracles?)

Suggest literary......wish I had not insulated myself from that so much.  lots of great reading out there.  personally, was always trying to avoid emotion, not recommended, rather than work through it...but I had unconscious issues stemming from infancy/infanthood and a suspected rape while unconscious in that first forced 'mental hospitalisation

Acoustic Higher Truth Tour

Chris Cornell has announced a North American solo acoustic tour for fall 2015.  The multi-city trek will give fans the chance to see Chris perform in an unplugged, up close and personal setting and will include songs spanning his entire career. Chris will also introduce songs from his new studio album, Higher Truth, produced by Brendan O’Brien (Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Neil Young) and scheduled for release on September 18.
