Wow, it was a Great Day, internationally. Graceful outrage at this sham election, and the looming developments to come. Every person was decent, caring, creative without a mean bone, no bullies. (Even local cops were observed being polite.) It was the biggest rally in our capital's history. There were folks from all over stuck on the highway trying to get it - signs hanging out their windows - we were in school bus #49 - the Staties closed 4 exits to Montpelier from I-89 - they wouldn't let us get out and walk, either, we tried cause it was getting late! Our bus had to drive to the next exit and track back, we were lucky to get in there almost on time.

We Love Vermont |
There was peace, freedom, justice, love and unity in the air with all the
best signs. Resistance to the looming administration.
A pair of men with kids and toting babies, one had a sign that read 'Diaper Station' and the other read something like 'Gotta Get Back to Work!' How cool is that? All kinds of good women and children, men, a few sweet dogs, (they were discouraged to come but two or three just couldn't miss it) and a line up of
cool speakers and performers. Bernie made a surprise visit!
